THE PROBLEM

Increase brand awareness, consolidate digital presence, and achieve significant growth in sales and profits throughout 2025. The challenge was to forge emotional connections with the target audience, driving them to convert, by conveying the brand's vibe in all performance marketing activities.

STRATEGY 360°
We worked side by side with the Steve Madden team in conceiving the concept and script for the 'Generations' campaign, structuring a strategic narrative aligned with the brand's positioning and with the different generational profiles we aimed to impact. With the strategic narrative defined, we co-produced the video campaign and designed a structured communications plan that combined the Generations campaign, Influencer Marketing, and dynamic product, ensuring traction, brand awareness, and performance throughout the entire funnel.

We implemented campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, with segmentation finely tuned by persona and by funnel stage.
